For group bookings or special events, a deposit may be required. The deposit policy will be communicated at the time of booking.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as specified at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to limit the duration of your table reservation, especially during peak hours.

2.) Dining at the Restaurant

We strive to provide a pleasant dining experience to all our guests. We kindly request that you respect our staff and other diners.
Our menu and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the current menu available at the restaurant or on our website/online platforms.
We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform our staff of any specific requirements when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.
External food and beverages are not permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or violating these Terms and Conditions.

We accept various forms of payment, as indicated at the restaurant (e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, UPI).
Payment is due upon completion of your meal.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Service charges may be applicable and will be clearly indicated on your bill.
In the event of a billing error, please notify our staff immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to rectify it.

All content on our website, social media pages, and in our promotional materials, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and designs, are the property of Sher-e-Punjab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh.
